The Royal Palms Resort And Spa, Part Of Hyatt provided a serene environment for my business stay. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiently assisting with my meeting arrangements and ensuring that my presentation equipment was seamlessly set up. The luxurious grounds were beautifully maintained, contributing to a refreshing atmosphere, and the dining options were diverse, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients.

Clean room, comfortable atmosphere, with a unique King Room that came with an upgrade and complimentary champagne upon arrival. The convenient 15 km distance from the airport made it easy for us to get around.

The garden and pool area was fantastic, making it a great spot for relaxing, and the close proximity to the beautiful Paiute Park just over 3 km away allowed for lovely outdoor walks and leisurely afternoons. the spa suite with terrace offered some nice views to enjoy during my stay as a solo traveler, though the room could have used additional furnishings for better comfort.

my stay exceeded all expectations, as the royal palms offered stunning gardens and exceptional service. after staying at various resorts in phoenix, this one felt more intimate and charming. the food and amenities were top-notch, creating a luxurious experience that was truly unforgettable.

Plus, breakfast was a total game-changer. the two-egg plate with bacon had me drooling! The staff was super friendly, especially Wes at check-in, who made us feel right at home.

Now, about that fire place—it was a struggle to turn it off completely, and with Phoenix temps soaring, it felt like we were fighting an uphill battle with the AC. Oh, and parking? Not shaded. Cars were sizzling hotter than a barbecue in July!
